We supply state-of-the-art OCM Scale weighing systems to the Industrial Weighing Industry

Our OCM scale can be supplied with either stainless steel or galvanised frame. 98 different products can be entered into scale memory as PLU’s and are stored against code numbers.

‘Hot Keys’ on the scale indicator allow changing of any other information in the fixed fields on the printed label. These fields can be tailored to suit individual requirements.

Maximum label size is 150 x 100mm. The printer is type TLP2844 thermal transfer to prevent fading print in wet environments. The 4 load cells are stainless steel and sealed to IP67.

Indicator, platform and lamb rails are satin brushed finish stainless steel. Printed Net weight is automatically calculated from Tare & Gross weights.

12 months warranty on all products supplied. The scale carries an EC ‘Legal for Trade’ stamp as standard. All data can be automatically transferred to a PC or internal QA system.
